Quiz Night

What better way to blow away the winter blues, than by participating in Ellerslie School’s Quiz Night in Term 3?
The Quiz Night is one of the school’s major fundraisers this year, and all proceeds will go towards refurbishing and upgrading the Information Communication Technology (ICT) suite. The school needs $25,000 for this project.
To help raise this money there will be some great items up for auction on the night and a cash bar. So come along, have some fun and help Ellerslie School children at the same time.

These can be purchased from the school office, ph (09) 579 5477 or fill in the slip (attached to the page) and send to the classroom teacher, please include cheque or cash, eftpos is available at the office.
Book a table of 10 and receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

Tickets: $25 per person, up to 10 people per table, complimentary platter of nibbles per table.
The Fundraising Group (FRG)
The Fundraising Group (FRG) was created by the Board of Trustees to raise the extra funds required to run the school.
The FRG meets monthly in the school staffroom. Notice of meetings are included in newsletters.
The group has one main function and that is to raise money. Applying for grants is one method. As well grant applications, the FRG holds 2 major events every year.
In 2009 we have had the Walkathon and we will be holding a Quiz Night. A mufti day will be held towards the end of each term.
